The Energy and Environmental Law Program (EELP) is a legal research program at Harvard Law School. Founded in 2006, EELP faculty, staff, and students provide rigorous legal analysis to help facilitate the transition to a low-carbon, sustainable future by identifying durable policies and strategies for policymakers, the private sector, and environmental NGOs. This grant provides project support for EELP’s legal analyses on climate and clean energy issues related to federal climate, environment, energy, and public health rules; state and regional climate strategies; federal policies to address environmental justice; and corporate climate disclosures and financial requirements.
