Children’s Funding Project (CFP) is a nonprofit social impact organization that helps communities and states expand equitable opportunities for children and youth through strategic public financing. Through its hands-on technical assistance and collection of resources, CFP helps advocates, policymakers, public agencies, and funders identify and align existing funding, generate new revenue, and implement strategies to administer funds in ways that maximize their impact.

This grant provides general support. CFP’s work includes: 1) tracking, analyzing, and forecasting funding sources and needs; 2) identifying barriers to efficient and effective use of existing funding; 3) researching potential new revenue sources and funding mechanisms; and 4) planning for the strategic administration of any proposed new funding to ensure accountability.
