Our People Philip Garcia Office Operations Manager, Los Altos and San Francisco Philip Garcia is the office operations manager at the Heising-Simons Foundation’s Los Altos and San Francisco offices. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2021, he worked in the areas of office and facilities management for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund and Immigrant Legal Resources Center. Previously, he worked in the radio industry in San Francisco. He graduated from the University of San Francisco in Communication Arts.
