The National Immigration Law Center, a grantee of the Human Rights program, is quoted in this article about DACA youth’s “make-or-break moment” in their plight to obtain legal status.

Does Preschool Pay Off? Tulsa Says Yes
National Public Radio, December 12, 2017
This is an interview with one of the lead researchers of Georgetown University’s long-term study of Tulsa’s universal pre-K program, which showed “significant, positive effects on students’ outcomes and well-being through middle school.” This first-of-its-kind study was supported in part by the Foundation’s Education program.

Research from Yale Program on Climate Change Communication, a grantee of the Climate and Clean Energy program, is featured in this article revealing “greater nuance in partisan climate opinions across the country.”

University of Washington Professor Leslie Rosenberg details how the Axion Dark Matter Experiment has entered “the most sensitive phase yet in its search for invisible particles to explain the universe’s hidden mass.” This project is supported in part by the Foundation’s Science program.
